“This is one of the reasons why at the Table des Méjeonnes, we like to offer authentic, convivial and sincere things. The seasons thus guide the development of my cards and menus, the basics to favor quality and freshness in the dishes we offer. Then the selection of local producers who accompany me and will accompany me with their products in this regional cuisine inspired by local roots which are important to me. France, Drôme, offer us such a culinary heritage, such a potential for flavors that we must return to these roots, our sources and have a cuisine that is responsible for our environment. “
