As Theodore Zeldin said,
“Gastronomy is the art of using food to create happiness”.
It’s with this in mind that I’ve come to put my expertise at your service, at the table des Méjeonnes, after having travelled the roads of France, working with great Chefs and fine restaurants.
My cuisine is based on products that I select from regional suppliers and local producers, to guarantee the freshest possible ingredients.
I embellish all this by using the techniques and classics of French cuisine that I’ve learnt during my career, while adding a touch of modernity to make your eyes water, and a touch of exoticism from my Réunionese origins to take you on a journey of tastes.
My team and that of the restaurant will do their utmost to ensure that you spend a pleasant moment of discovery.
